Facebook looks fine to get information out of. I've just been playing with the developer test application, and it seems that I can get the stuff we want out just fine.
Update: I've looked at Google Maps, it appears that I should be able to make the markers to go on a Map as well.
That sounds awesome. Are you happy to do the programming side of it as we're pretty much useless at programming? We're happy to do all the prettifying and documentation so you won't get stuck doing that side of it. Also, we can do a flash output bit if that's required.
